When the 1700 degree furnace does not heat up, please check the silicon molybdenum rod first. If there is a problem with the silicon molybdenum rod, please replace it in time. Our company uses high-purity silicon molybdenum rods for sintering zirconia, which will not cause any pollution to zirconia crowns or bridges. Since silicon molybdenum rods are vulnerable parts, please be careful when replacing silicon molybdenum rods. Today I will teach you how to replace the silicon molybdenum rod heating element:
\
1.Use a screwdriver to unscrew the iron cover of the stove top and remove the top cover.
\
2.Unscrew the screw of the stainless steel clip on the top of the silicon molybdenum rod and remove the clip.
\
3.Remove the braid.
\
4.Take out the broken silicon molybdenum rod directly and remove the stainless steel ceramic card.
\
5.Carefully remove the stick plug.
\
6.Replace with a new silicon-molybdenum rod, and fix the stainless steel ceramic clip, braided belt and stainless steel clip in turn.
\
note! When fixing the braided belt and stainless steel clip on the cold end of the silicon molybdenum rod, it must be tightened to prevent the cold end of the silicon molybdenum rod from being fired due to poor contact. Every 3 months of use, please fasten a certain braid and stainless steel clip to prevent continuous thermal expansion and contraction resulting in poor contact.
