 Mixing results of the test

First, the evenness of mixed standard test set
This standard is not uniform. It is set according to the different requirements of various industries and enterprises. Inspection standards set to follow the following principles:
1. The higher the requirement of mixing uniformity, the smaller the sample size of the test sample will be;
2. Mixing the higher the degree of uniformity, the smaller the allowable value of the test error.
Second, test analysis steps

       Powder mixing uniformity can be roughly divided into three steps:
       1. Select a number of representative locations (eg, top, bottom, left, right, center, etc.) from the container after mixing and remove some of the powder sample As shown below).

    2. For the internal microscopic examination of powder samples or chemical tests, etc., in order to achieve the microscopic uniformity of the powder.
      3. For two or more sample and formula comparison, the difference test to identify the macroscopic powder everywhere uniform.
Third, test analysis methods

     1. Sensory test method:
This is a more difficult test method, relying on experienced people to observe the eye, such as particles feel analysis to determine whether the mixing uniformity standards. This lack of scientific, can not quantify the conclusions, but it is still commonly used method.
     2. With the standard methyl violet test method (as shown below):
     Advantages are intuitive, the disadvantage is not easy to quantify the conclusions. And dark material is not easy to observe clearly.

   3. Microscopic observation (microscopic particle uniformity test) (as shown below):
Advantages are intuitive, the disadvantage is not easy to quantify the conclusions. And dark material is not easy to observe clearly.

   4. Downstream product inspection method:
The quality of downstream products to test the uniformity of mixing is also a commonly used method, the advantage is convenient, direct, the disadvantage is no qualitative and quantitative analysis, and found that the problem easily lead to greater losses.
