Before 2008, all conventional mixers available on the market were copies of foreign models, and some legacy designs dated back to the 1950s. Molybdenum piercing mandrels head is manufactured via powder metallurgy. The mixing of raw powders presented tough challenges: blending powders of vastly different densities and homogenizing trace elements. At that time, the double cone mixers and V type mixers we used (and all commercially available mixers on the market) could not deliver sufficient mixing uniformity, making it impossible to produce high-end powder metallurgy parts. Mr. Liu researched and developed the innovative Dual Motion Mixer, which adopts the principle of gravity diffusion mixing superimposed on forced shear mixing. It meets the demands of modern industry and ensures that the performance of our molybdenum piercing mandrels reaches an advanced domestic level. Our molybdenum piercing mandrels have ranked No.1 in national sales for fifteen consecutive years. The launch of this new mixer captured the domestic high-end mixer market in one go.
As the business evolved, the Dual Motion Mixer has grown from standalone units into a complete series of models suited for diverse powder mixing applications, together with automated powder mixing production lines. These systems greatly reduce labor intensity, cut labor costs, boost production efficiency, achieve dust-free operation throughout the process and deliver better environmental performance.
